In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order details and clear photographs, so our team can assist you promptly and ensure a smooth resolution.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. For added security, we recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout or choosing delivery to a trusted location.

All applicable state and local sales taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by U.S. law.

For international clients, any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the recipient. These may vary depending on local regulations.
