We want your jewelry to reach you safely. That’s why every order is fully insured while in transit. In the rare event of loss or damage during shipping, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please note: Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility for the parcel shifts to the customer. If you’re concerned about package safety, we recommend choosing signature confirmation at checkout or shipping to a secure location.
