Every Magnum Karat piece is individually crafted to order, made specifically to your size, design preferences, and selected materials - a true reflection of you. Because of this bespoke process, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Each creation begins the moment your order is confirmed, and once production commences, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted.
However, your satisfaction remains at the heart of what we do. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at magnumkarat@outlook.com with the following details:
- • Your order number
- • Clear photographs of the item and packaging
- • A brief description of the issue
Our team will carefully review your case and arrange a replacement or repair if eligible.

- • As each piece is handcrafted, subtle variations in texture, tone, or natural inclusions within gemstones are inherent to its creation, a mark of its authenticity and individuality.
- • Magnum Karat cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. We recommend confirming your shipping details and selecting secure delivery options at checkout.
- • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- • Approved returns (if applicable) must be in original, unworn condition, accompanied by all original packaging and documentation.
